National Account Manager

The Role: 

The main focus of this role will be to manage and develop a leading Irish brand and an extensive private label portfolio with major retailers in ROI.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Maximise sales and profitability for leading brands in designated accounts
  • Build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with Key Account across all functions (commercial, supply chain, administration and category)
  • Develop and negotiate annual joint business plans with key customers
  • Promotion planning and review to ensure maximum effectiveness in terms of profitability, sales, market share and other business objectives
  • Liasing with field sales teams to ensure plans are implemented

Key Experience and Skills Required: 

  • Minimum 5 years commercial FMCG experience with key multiples in ROI
  • Excellent communication skills with excellent presentational skills
  • Strong numeric & commercial acumen
  • Ability to work in fast paced and demanding environment
