Finance Assistant

My client a leader in consumble products are seeking a Finance Assistant to join their expanding Team.

You will work in a busy Finance Dept, and carry out all daily administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of both internal and external operations:

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Key member of the team, support the finance manager and team in relation to all administrative duties
  • Matching GRNs to Invoices
  • Improving processes in the accounts payable environment
  • Accounting and anslysis of certains costs/ P&L items as part of month end reporting
  • Supporting Month end and balancing supplier statements
  • Preparing and reviewing of aged creditors
  • Preparing Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Cost Acrruals
  • Supporting accounts receivable dept. 

Ideal candidate must hold a min of 3 years experience working within a busy finance function, be able to work on own initiative and be a self starter.

Degree Level Qualification within Finance/Accountancy essential.
