I have an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain professional or Supply Chain Graduate to join an expanding Irish food business located in Dublin West.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for analysing and developing the current supply process to forecast raw materials usage and ensure stock availability.
This broad role in this evolving business offers excellent opportunities for Training and Development. Working hours of 8:00-16:30, Monday to Friday apply.
Role & Responsibilities:
Skills, experience & education required:
Degree qualified in a relevant field is beneficial.
1- 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management preferable but candidates with less experience will be considered.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts: Demand and Material Planning, Purchasing and Scheduling
Strong data analysis skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems, proficient in the use of Excel.
Must have the ability to work on own initiative in a time-pressured environment.
Good organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a complex environment.
Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to resolve problems and strive for continuous improvement.
