QA Associate

My client, a rapidly expanding innovative pharmaceutical company, is seeking a QA Associate to join their team based just north of Dublin City Centre.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that is passionate about tackling complex pharmaceutical development projects and finding solutions for patients with unmet medical needs.

The successful candidate will report to the Quality Assurance Manager and be closely involved in all aspects of Quality Assurance as well as liaising with Production, Quality Control, Warehousing and R&D functions within the company.

Responsibilities:

To participate in all relevant aspects of Quality Assurance and the execution of procedures within the Quality Assurance system, including

• Change control
• Auditing
• Deviations
• Standard Operating Procedures
• Training
• Quality system review
• Complaints
• Recall
• Documentation generation / issuance / control
• Status labelling
• Pest control
• Technical agreements
• Supplier certification / qualification
• Assisting with production:
• Line clearance
• Assisting with Process Validation
• Updates to BMRs
• Labelling of approved materials
• Documentation management throughout life-cycle
• Assist with Pharmacovigilance system
• Assist in Regulatory Aspects and Compliance
• Perform and assist with additional duties as requested

Requirements:

• BSc in Science or related field
• At least 4 years of relevant QA/QC experience is required
• Knowledge of QC and GMP regulations
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must have excellent attention to detail
