Quorum Search Partners are working with an exciting new food packing company based in Kilkeel to recruit a highly motivated and quality-driven Production Manager.

Your new role as Production Manager:

• Oversee packing with responsibility for operators and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality and food safety standards.
• Ensure daily order fulfilment and smooth running of the factory floor.
• Training & upskilling of all employees.
• Identify and implement efficiencies across the new production packing area.
• Assist and manage the delivery of new projects.
• Personnel, Technical and Health & Safety, ensuring that the department operates within legal and best management guidelines.
• Adding and measuring value – continuous improvement.

 Requirements:

• Production Management / Supervisor experience with food processing.
• Ambition to grow your food industry career.
• Ability to motivate and lead a production team.
• Comprehensive understanding of quality management.
• Stock management experience.
• Good communication skills.
