Our client, a leading property management company with over 25 years’ experience providing property management services is looking for a Property Sales / Rentals Negotiator to join their team in Newry.

 

• Full time, permanent role
• Mon to Fri 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Excellent salary

 

Responsibilities:

• Ability to grow the current rents management portfolio 
• Meeting new landlords and giving rental valuations 
• Creating leases and renewing leases annually 
• Carrying out property inspections 
• Creating property Inventory 
• Keeping landlords update on maintenance, rent renewals, rental statements etc. 
• Arranging maintenance repairs with contractors 
• Allocating rental payments to EDGE system and chasing arrears 
• Responsible for social media posts and other advertising outlets
• Valuing properties for sale 
• Liaising with solicitors throughout the sales process through to completion

 

Requirements:

• A full driving licence is required for this role
• Previous experience working in an Estate agency is required along with good local knowledge
• Excellent customer service skills
• Great communication skills both verbal and written
