Responsibilities will include:

• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with existing and new clients.
• Work alongside recruitment resourcer to deliver excellent customer service.
• Present suitable candidates to client hiring managers and coordinate interviews and placements.
• Utilise our extensive databases, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Create engaging ads across a number of platforms.
• Maintain up to date database ensuring current up-to-date information.

 

Skills and Experience required:

• 2+ years of professional experience in either recruitment, the food industry, or related sectors.
• 3rd level education in any field.
• Ambitious, customer focussed with a desire to develop your career in recruitment.
• Organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive, outgoing attitude.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy.
