We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager with our client, a well established food business based in Co.Galway.

 

The successful candidate will have experience working in a FMCG background and hold excellent leadership skills along with a passion and determination for driving change and results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion the company culture and values as an ambassador of the company.
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service throughout your team.
• Lead, motivate and engage the team as well as controlling and analysing sale performance across each category.
• Promote compliance with your team to adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Implement established business strategy, assigning roles and tasks to dedicated team members based on strength and ability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and legal policies and procedures including HACCP protocols.
• Play a key role in ensuring the quality of products are produced to the required specifications, manufacturing practices and food hygiene legislation.
• Conduct regular hygiene audits, quality checks, label verification and system compliance
• checks.
• Provide technical support in the identification of non-compliance’s and implement corrective measures as well as investigating customer complaints and applying relevant corrective actions.

 

Requirements:

• The successful candidate will have experience working in a FMCG background.
• You will be a good communicator with excellent leadership skills and hold a passion and determination to drive change and improve standards.
• You will possess the ability to form relationships and to grow a team.
• Understanding of HACCP principles.
