A leading food manufacturer in Kildare is seeking a Business Support Executive to join their Business Services Department.

 

The successful candidate will report to the Business Services Manager. The opportunity involves working as part of a team to ensure high quality support in terms of administration and hosting across all aspects of business services.

• Working Hours: 39 Hours per week, office hours are 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative and organisational support to the department, including project management, travel coordination, and event support. 
• Play a critical role in project management and digital development as well as assisting in the support of the company’s Senior Leadership Team.
• Be responsible for assisting with tasks from general administration, report generation, presentation creation, diary management, travel coordination and event and incoming visit support.

 

Requirements:

• The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or support role
• A good working knowledge of MS Office.
• An interest in implementing technologies to facilitate business growth.
• A motivated team player with strong communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to prioritise their workload and be flexible with their work hours.
