We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Operations Executive with our client, a leading FMCG company, based in Co. Meath.

 

This is a 12 month contract, in this role you will work closely with Account Managers and the company's clients, supporting all pricing updates, product promotions and new product listing details as they arise.

 

Full time position.

Salary is negotiable, depending on experience.

 

Responsibilities:

• Submitting & calculating financial costs on product promotions to all customers.
• Submitting & calculating financial costs on new product listings.
• Updating relevant files with new and updated promotions as they arise.
• Maintaining regular contact with customers regarding any new line forms pending and promotions submitted.
• Updating CRM system with any cost changes as they arise accurately and on time.
• Update CRM system with promotions on time as they are agreed.
• Update CRM system with new product listings for each customer when agreed.
• Submitting cost changes including letters to customers as agreed with the business managers.
• Respond to day-to-day queries from trade buyers, assistants, and supply chain.
• Liaising with other departments to answer queries & resolve issues as they arise.

 

Requirements:

• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail essential.
• 2 years previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent IT skills with a strong working knowledge of Excel in particular.
