Quorum Search Partners are looking for an IT Support Analyst for our client based in Dublin.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that IT incidents and service requests are dealt with in a timely manner.

• Triaging incidents and service requests, provide technical assistance to users, identify and resolve issues and writing & updating documentation.

• Managing incidents and problems, software auditing, identity and access management, automated deployments and MDM.

• Providing technical support: Responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems.

• Provide technical support to corporate users, working with third party vendors and internal contacts to resolve technical problems.

• Installation, testing and support of office workstations hardware (Laptops/Desktops, printers, mobile devices, etc.); IT applications (AV, Auditing, Patching), as well as Business Applications.

• Ensuring that IT Infrastructure is secure and compliant with relevant regulations and taking appropriate action to address any security vulnerabilities.

 

Requirements:

• Degree in IT or related discipline.

• 2 years experience.

• Strong teamwork approach, excellent customer service and the ability to interacts with clients in a professional manner.

• Good problem solving, analytical and oral/written communication skills.

• Strong understanding of the core Microsoft products such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems in a network environment.

• Understanding of TCP/IP networking and IT security.
