Our client, a leading, successful FMCG is looking for a Quality Shift Supervisor to join their team. The business supplies to retail, foodservice and manufacturing customers in Ireland and Europe, as well as export customers globally. 

 

• Negotiable salary depending on experience
• Primary working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

 

Responsibilities:

• Identify training and development opportunities to continually grow and enhance the team knowledge.
• Ensuring all aspects of production are carried out to exact quality specifications.
• Supervise all technical and quality staff.
• Liaise with customers on product specifications and complaints.
• Ensure compliance with DAFM, BRC, Bord Bia and customer specifications continually review existing HACCP systems in line with legislative & customer requirements.
• Manage customer complaints, investigation and implementation of necessary corrective actions.
• Ensure internal audits are carried out and non-conformances rectified in identified time scales.

 

Experience Required:

• Relevant Third level Qualification is essential.
• 2-3 years management experience in Quality within the food industry.
