Excellent opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join a leading FMCG based in Newry.

 

• Negotiable salary depending on experience.

 

Responsibilities:

• Management of facility maintenance and improvement works.
• Ensure that Health and Safety risk assessments are completed.
• Work with Internal and external contractors to deliver on facility development projects within agreed timescales.
• Plan, agree and monitor facility development expenditure to deliver targeted levels of capacity within budget.
• Produce a monthly report of performance against budget / KPIs for facility development.
• Manage all agreed capital expenditure projects.
• Ensure all required customer standards are achieved and maintained.
• Support the business to source and develop additional production and storage facilities.

 

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Qualified to a minimum of HNC level in an engineering or construction discipline.
• Proven management experience of complex construction and facility development projects.
• Budget control of capital expenditure.
• Experience in dealing with external service providers, and regulatory bodies.
