Warehouse Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Manager to join a leading FMCG based in Kildare.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality and accuracy of all incoming goods, including packaging, raw materials etc.
• Liaising with other departments within the company, our external warehouse and transport company.
• Planning and monitoring the storage, delivery, and dispatch of orders.
• Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Organising the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.
• Forecasts requirements, assists in preparing annual budgets, schedules expenditures,analyses variances and initiates corrective actions in order to meet financial objectives of the warehouse.
• Determines product handling and storage requirements to develop warehouse operations systems. 
• Develops and implements effective warehouse layout that accounts for product flow, equipment, and product handling systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years previous warehouse operations experience.
• Ability to manage team members effectively.
• Detail and deadline-oriented.
• Be willing to challenge/change people/process and operation methods.
• Trained in the principles of HACCP.
