Assistant Brand Manager

Exciting opportunity for an Assistant Brand Manager to join one of Ireland's most iconic food brands.

• Negotiable salary depending on experience.
• This is primarily an office-based role with flexibility to work from home on certain days an option.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Head of Marketing to develop strategies for growth, based on in-depth consumer & customer insights across all channels.
• Develop and execute cutting edge, disruptive brand plans across a portfolio of brands that deliver against KPIs.
• Lead role in digital asset creation in conjunction with our graphic design manager.
• Align closely with Commercial and Category teams to deliver customer/shopper marketing trade plans for key retailers.
• Event management across our portfolio of brands.
• Build social media calendars, delivering a high volume of quality content supported by our in-house paid media & graphic design teams.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and cross functional teams providing consumer insight and marketing input that drives the development of NPD – from idea to delivery.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or similar.
• Minimum 2-3 years Marketing experience.
• Interest in Food/Nutrition and an FMCG background is an advantage.
• Open to travel on an ad hoc basis.
