Permanent full-time

• Salary is negotiable depending on experience approx €35,000.00 per year.
• Bike to work scheme.

• Monday to Friday, day shift.

 

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out risk assessments on workplace practices.
• Outlining safe operational procedures.
• Carrying out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented.
• Responsible for PPE equipment on both sites and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
• Preparing health and safety strategies and developing internal H&S policies.
• Leading in-house training with managers and employees regarding H&S issues, risks and appropriate training.
• Ensuring the safe installation of equipment and ensuring workplace practices are carried out safely among staff.
• Develop the environmental side of the business and research and advise on carbon credits, carbon footprint and environmental aspects.

 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Relevant Degree in Health & Safety.
• Experience in the food industry would be an advantage.
