Despatch Documentation Processor

Fantastic opportunity for a Despatch Documentation Processor to join a leading FMCG based in Kildare.

Full time, permanent role.
20 days Annual Leave.
Hours of work: 40 hours, 09:00 to 17:30.
Excellent benefits including Cycle to Work Scheme, Pension Scheme, Discounted Health, Life, Travel & Motor Insurance.
Hybrid working options after 6 months.

Responsibilities:

Process despatch dockets for despatch from external warehouse on the system.
Process receipts into external warehouses on the system.
Generate and send labels to external warehouses.
Generate export paperwork.
Process advanced shipping notices.
Process transport purchase orders.
Update system with information from hauliers.
Assist in the setup of new products and new recipesnon the system.

Experience required:

Experience with computer systems and excel desirable but an advantage.
1 year experience in Office role is desirable.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Possess strong communication skills.
