Customs Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customs Administrator to join a leading food company based in Kildare.

 

Negotiable salary depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Clearance of groupage / full loads of food products to and from the UK.
• Use of various customs related systems - AES export / AIS import / ENS / CDS / PBN / GMR / TRACES / IPAFFS.
• Creating and discharging T2 documents.
• Good understanding of the customs process for trading with third countries.
• Good understanding of the TARIC system and commodity codes.
• Dealing with customer queries via email and phone.

 

Experience required:

• Experience in using the Thyme-IT customs software preferable but not essential.
• 2 Years’ experience in Customs Declarations import and Export.
• Proficient in all Microsoft packages.
