Key Account Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join a highly successful and leading FMCG in Dublin North. 

 

• Negotiable salary dependent on experience.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.

 

The ideal candidate will be innovative, self-motivated with a keen interest in developing and implementing their sales strategy and is willing to be a collaborator with a hands-on approach with their marketing and people efforts. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with customer commercial departments.
• Maintain and utilise customer portals to produce, track & analyse sales reports and trends and communicate and interpret them to relevant stakeholders.
• Research reports on market trends, conducting competitor analysis, and gathering customer insights to identify opportunities, challenges, and emerging trends, informing strategic decision-making.
• Support the Sales & Marketing department with strategies for trade shows.
• Evaluate and interpret the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and metrics, and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results. 
• Ad hoc travel for customer and brand show purposes.
• Working with the Sales & Marketing department with ongoing projects.
• Lead internal communications across the business including daily, weekly and monthly communication posts on our internal communications platform and digital signage across the site.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in a relevant role ideally within the FMCG sector.
• Proficient in collating and analysing commercial sales and market data within the FMCG sector.
• Competent with MS Office as well as the Adobe suite and/or Canva.
• Full driver's license and own car.
