Graduate NPD Technologist – New Product Development (Food & Beverage)

 

Are you passionate about food innovation and consumer trends? A highly innovative Food & Beverage Company based in Tipperary is seeking a creative Graduate NPD Technologist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you’ll lead exciting projects, developing new products from concept to market launch across retail, foodservice sectors.

 

What you’ll do:

• Lead product development from idea generation to implementation.
• Develop innovative prototypes using new ingredients and technologies.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to bring cutting-edge products to life.
• Manage factory trials and ensure seamless scale-up production.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences.

 

What we’re looking for:

• BSc in Food Science/Technology/Nutrition or related field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in product development (Food & Drinks category).
• Passionate foodie with strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communicator and a self-starter with a keen eye for detail.
