Location: Leading Food Producer based in Co. Louth
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive with progression opportunities
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-3.30pm and 2 Sundays every month.

About the Role:

Join a leading food production company as an Operations (Production) Supervisor. Reporting to the COO, you’ll drive performance, process improvement, and ensure high product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure health & safety standards and continuous quality improvement
Manage the introduction of new products to production
Prepare the site for customer audits and ensure audit readiness
Set and monitor KPIs, optimise production capacity, and control costs
Lead training, foster team engagement, and drive continuous improvement
Set clear performance expectations and accountability
Identify and resolve production issues effectively

Key Requirements:

Experience with LEAN Manufacturing/LEAN training and process improvements is essential
2+ years’ experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of food production and health & safety compliance
Excellent organizational, leadership, and budget management skills
