NPD Manager

Excellent opportunity for an NPD Manager to join a very successful, global team in Dublin. You will work closely with the sales function reporting to the General Manager onsite and also working closely with the NDP Director in Europe.

Responsibilities:

Drive the development and launch of new products, including planning, testing, and implementing product concepts in line with strategic goals.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights that guide product development efforts.
Work closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, and Production teams to ensure product feasibility, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Develop and manage the budget for new product projects, ensuring cost efficiency while meeting company goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field.
Experience in New Product Development or Product Management within the Food Industry.
