Electrician

Permanent full-time

Excellent opportunity for an Electrician to join a leading FMCG based in Cork.

Hours: Rotational shift, 4X12 hour days: 2 days, 2 nights – 5am-5pm/5pm-5am
Negotiable salary DOE including shift allowance
Time and a half for over time

Responsibilities:

Electrical and Mechanical Trouble shooting
Electro-Mechanical repairs
Provide Technical Support
Intervene online as soon as any deterioration in performance occurs
Work with equipment suppliers on new equipment and installations and modifications
Update our CMMS
Troubleshooting using PLC programs
Completion rate of Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule
Minimal breakdown recovery time
Optimise Overall Equipment Effectiveness

Requirements:

Trade Qualification is essential
Mechanical/Electrical background essential
Aptitude for process awareness
Diagnostic and/or trouble shooting experience preferred
Computer skills advantageous
