We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead our clients sales team and drive the growth of the leading brand across retail and foodservice channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a beloved Irish food brand with growth ambitions!

Location: Hybrid – Cork Office 2-3 Days Per Week.

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the sales team to meet targets.
Shape commercial strategy to drive revenue and market share.
Manage relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
Work closely with marketing and finance to ensure profitability and brand alignment.
Promote a culture of excellence and continuous development.

Requirements:

Candidates will have track records in both the Retail & Foodservice industries.
Proven experience in commercial leadership within the food or drink industries (branded experience preferred).
Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility.
Leadership skills with a track record of growing sales teams.
Passion for food and experience in a family business environment is a plus.
