Reporting To: Maintenance Manager

 

Benefits: 

- 3% pension contribution from company matched 

- Annual Leave: 21 days rising to 22 after 5 years service

- Salary is negotiable, depending on experience 

- Day Shift: Monday-Friday with overtime 

 

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join the team of a leading food producer. The role involves managing electrical works, troubleshooting equipment, and leading preventative maintenance while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage electrical systems, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance scheduling.
• Test, inspect, and certify installations.
• Complete work orders, paperwork, and upload job details via handheld devices.
• Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and support site management with system procedures.

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years post-apprenticeship experience in electrical work.
• Experience with machines, process equipment, controls, and automation.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility for shift work, overtime, and on-call duties.
• Full, clean driving license.
