Experienced Fish Filleter / Butcher

 

A leading seafood business in East Cork is looking for skilled Fish Filleters to join their team.

 

Position: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay: From €15 per hour

 

Requirements:

 

• Previous experience in fish filleting or meat processing (butcher, de-boner).
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements. 
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

 

Responsibilities:

• Expertly fillet, package, and prepare seafood products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production goals.
