Excellent opportunity for a Production Planner to join a very successful, leading FMCG in North Dublin.

• Hours of work: Monday to Saturday 8am till 5pm (Saturday is in rotation, approx once a month)

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Scheduling: Develop weekly schedules considering forecasts, order history, and plant capabilities.
• Daily Production Planning: Prepare and distribute daily production plans and paperwork.
• Collaboration and Process Improvement: Work with production managers to streamline processes and participate in improvement initiatives.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production issues promptly.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate Excel files and production records.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report daily KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Team Support: Assist the production team with daily tasks and foster a collaborative environment.

 

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production Planner, preferably in FMCG.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with production planning software is a plus.
• Please note a full valid driving licence & car is required to access the site.
