Junior Administrator

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to management and staff.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
Monitor project timelines and ensure that deadlines are met.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders as needed.
Assist with invoicing, billing, and tracking payments.
Process purchase orders and manage inventory levels for office supplies.
Shadow the director and complete any tasks assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

Commercially minded with a growth mindset.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
